Deepsky Ltd is a 100% Australian owned and operated company providing a Quality Manufacturing Service for all your EMS and PCB Assembly requirements. We specialise in small to medium projects with the ability to review design for production, procure components, manufacture, test and assemble.

All manufacturing services are performed at our premises in Ringwood, Victoria.

PCB Assembly Service

At our manufacturing facility in Ringwood, Victoria, we use the most up to date technology to assemble your Printed Circuit Board requirements. We place great emphasis at the start of the manufacturing process in ensuring we achieve a 'zero rework' outcome.

Production Design Review Service

Design for Function and Design for Manufacture are two completely separate areas. We can review your design and provide recommendations to assist with an efficient and cost effective design ready for the manufacturing process.

Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI)

Components are getting smaller. AOI machines will inspect every solder joint and component identification on your PCB. This is all part of a Quality process.

In-Circuit Testing (ICT)

A Quality process includes a comprehensive test at the end of manufacture. Our ICT service provides a comprehensive test bed for the final product.

Ultrasonic Welding & Low Melt Overmoulding

We can assist with designing your enclosure or use your existing tooling with our in-house Ultrasonic Welding and Overmoulding services.

Turnkey and Build to Order Assembly

Once the PCB is manufactured we can complete your project by assembling the final product. In house facilities also include Ultrasonic Welding and Low Melt Overmoulding.
